Warm up

  • 5-10 minutes of big movements to wake up the body


Conditioning



Set 1

30 second on 10 seconds off x2

10-30 seconds off between rounds

  • Rotating jump squats

  • Bulgarian split squats

  • Lunge kicks

  • Outer glute pulses



AMRAP 1

5-8 minutes

  • 20 side lunges

  • 15 lower body supermans

  • 10 curtseys with jump

  • 5 tuck jumps



Set 2

30 second on 10 seconds off x2

10-30 seconds off between rounds

  • Star jumps

  • Glute pulses

  • Jump ropes

  • Rainbows



AMRAP 2

5-8 minutes

  • 20 grande plie pulses

  • 15 squat with calf raise

  • 10 one leg glute raise (per side)

  • 5 fast sumo burpees


Cool Down

  • Pick your favorite song and send the ENTIRE TIME stretching out those muscles!
