Conditioning

AMRAP 1 - 8 minutes

  • 10 Turning Squat Jumps

  • 10 Chest Flies OR Wide Pushups

  • 10 Glute Raises (with or without weights)

  • 10 Low Boat High Boat


2 MINUTE REST


AMRAP 2 - 8 minutes

  • 10 Mountain Climber to One Tuck Jump x2

  • 10 Leg Lifts (with or without weight)

  • 10 Jump Lunges

  • 10 Triceps Kickbacks OR Triceps Dips


2 MINUTE REST


AMRAP 3 - 8 minutes

  • Bunny Hops

  • 5 Burpees (with or without weight)

  • 5 Side Jumps per side

  • 5 Fire Hydrants per side (with or without weight)


Cool Down

5-10 minute full body cool down
