Warm Up

Conditioning

Set 1 - 30 seconds on 10 seconds off x3

  • Skaters

  • Pulsing Squat

  • Bicycles

  • Plank Walks

30 seconds rest and repeat


Set 2 - 45 seconds on 15 seconds off x3

  • Pulsing glute raises

  • Frog squats

  • Alternating planks

30 seconds rest and repeat


Set 3 - 5-8 minute AMRAP

  • 10 squat jumps

  • 20 Plank to ankle tap

  • 10 tricep dips

  • 20 russian twists

Repeat


Cool Down

  • 30 second lunge on each leg

  • 30 second hamstring stretch each leg

  • 30 second oblique stretch each side

  • 30 seconds core rotation each side

  • 30 second tricep stretch each arm

  • Chest and full body release
